TOBY LOGAN (Craig Olejnik) is a charismatic twenty-something paramedic with a secret: All his life, he’s been able to tune in the thoughts of others. OSMAN “OZ” BEY (Ennis Esmer) is Toby’s EMS partner and friend. A twenty-something bachelor, he’s a self-styled ladies man and a speed freak; the chance to drive fast and run red lights was a big factor in his career choice. She is on the rise in the police department, and struggles to assert herself in the macho arena of detective work. She's reluctant to admit she needs help, but she begrudgingly accepts it from EMS paramedic Toby Logan. He always seems to have answers to questions Charlie has yet to ask…
